Features

• The main clamp and back clamp are driven by oil cylinder, with reliable clamping performance. Indentation-free clamping function are available.
• The main clamp can continuously turn 360° and in any turns. Back clamp can move back and forth lengthwise.
• Hydraulic control device provides power for the main drive. Motor drives the piston pump, and the high-pressure oil passes through the multi-way valve, and through the multi-way valve respectively controls the forward turn and reverse turn of the main clamp, the tightening and loosening of the main clamp, the tightening and loosening of the back clamp, the lengthwise movement of back clamp. There are 3 pressure adjustment handwheels on the control panel for adjustment of pressure.
• The machine is equipped with automatic torque control system. After the torque value is set, and the signals are detected by sensors under the back clamp and processed by the computer, the system will automatically generate turns-torque curve, time-torque curve and rotation speed-time curve. When the bucking reaches the set torque value, the overflow valve is automatically discharged and the machine stops turning. The bucking torque and unbucking torque can both be measured. You can freely switch between Chinese and English interface, between kN.m and foot-pound.
• The machine will automatically slow down when the torque is close to the set value.
