General Description
LPM series pipe leveling machine is a professional machine for repairing thin-wall pipe end, pipe machining and can be directly used for welding or manufacturing pipes with high precision.
Portable leveling machine is widely used in welding of ultra-pure stainless steel pipe, in industries such as electronics, medicine, biochemistry and so on.

- The machine is specialized in high-precision machining of thin-wall stainless steel pipe end.
- The end face is free from any burrs after the pipe is milled, and the vertical effect of the pipe end and the pipe axis is perfect.
- The structure is exquisite. The fixture, tool and pipe are easy to install and operate.
- Suitable for milling of any super-pure thin-wall stainless steel pipe end.
- The use of a special-coated tool ensures the highest accuracy for the end-surface processing. It has a long service life, and is not easy to wear.
- The DC version charging motor and AC plug-in motor are available for you to choose.
- The machine can be installed with base bracket, providing convenience for straight-plugged installation.
- The use of millimeter gauge feeding ensures the highest accuracy of end-face frame quality.

The imported Metabo motor of 1300W with high performance is adopted.

DC charge-type lithium battery:
The rechargeable motor with Bosch lithium battery is used
The battery adopts high-capacity battery of 18V 1.5AH
The machine contains two original batteries, one for use and one for standby application.
The machine is compact, flexible and convenient to use.
